About Us
Women’s Hope International Federation (WHIF) is a non-profit and non-governmental organization headquartered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with Hong Kong serving as its central administrative hub. Acting as an international liaison, WHIF is dedicated to promoting new avenues for women’s development.
Guided by global commitments to gender equality and women’s empowerment, WHIF focuses on women’s physical and mental health education, career advancement, and enhancing family harmony and quality of life. By leveraging innovative technologies and supporting ESG principles for sustainable development, WHIF fosters connection and collaboration with women’s organizations worldwide.
Our members span across China, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States, France, Canada, India, Dubai, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore—collectively championing women’s rights and creating a new generation of women through the spirit of inclusion, harmony, and compassion.

Promoting Women’s Physical and Mental Well-being
We advocate the importance of women’s physical and mental well-being and are fully committed to promoting the caring “Dandelion Seed Project”. This initiative supports women facing health challenges, empowers female employment and lifelong learning to enhance high-quality career development, and nurtures talent to foster international exchange and collaboration among women.
