Governance

Women’s Hope International Federation (WHIF) adopts the international standard ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) as the core governance process, continuously optimizing internal and external management to ensure professionalism and efficiency in organizational operations. At the same time, we actively implement ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS), with the goal of enhancing women’s physical and mental health as well as workplace safety. Through comprehensive risk management mechanisms, WHIF drives continuous improvement and fulfills its ESG sustainability commitments. We firmly believe that environmental responsibility and social responsibility go hand in hand, and only on the foundation of sustainability can women’s health and future truly be safeguarded.

eISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)

ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely adopted quality management standard. It emphasizes a customer‑focused approach and the establishment of systematic processes to build a comprehensive management system that meets international benchmarks. Through QMS, WHIF optimizes internal and external management processes, enhances transparency and efficiency and ensures organizational decisions align with international professional standards.

ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS)

ISO 45001 focuses on safeguarding employee health and safety by establishing preventive mechanisms to reduce occupational risks. WHIF implements OHSMS with the aim of strengthening workplace safety for women, reducing occupational diseases and injury risks and creating a healthy and secure working environment.

ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS)

ISO 14001 centers on environmental protection and sustainable development. Through systematic risk management and continuous improvement, it advances ESG commitments. WHIF’s EMS practices include strengthening environmental risk management, promoting sustainable resource utilization and driving social responsibility through environmental responsibility.
