Mission and Objectives

The Women’s Hope International Federation (WHIF) is dedicated to advancing the rights and well-being of women worldwide. Guided by the core values of Care, Empowerment, and Connection, our volunteer services actively promote the following goals through diverse community engagement and cross-cultural exchange：

Empowering Women：
Providing education, skills training, and employment support to help women enhance their capabilities, achieve economic independence, and participate fully in society.

Promoting Gender Equality：
Advocating for fair policies and increasing public awareness of gender issues to foster a respectful and inclusive environment.

Supporting Vulnerable Communities：
Focusing on single-parent families, immigrant women, and survivors of violence by offering psychological counseling, legal advice, and emergency assistance.

Advancing International Collaboration：
Building partnerships with women’s organizations around the world to co-organize events and advocacy efforts, amplifying collective impact.

Volunteer Training

To enhance the quality and social impact of volunteer services, Women’s Hope International Federation (WHIF) has developed a comprehensive and inspiring volunteer training program. The goal is to cultivate socially engaged individuals who possess empathy, professional knowledge, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Basic Volunteer Training：

  • Volunteer rights and responsibilities
  • Strengths-based perspective theory
  • Community work theory 

Volunteer Recognition Program：

This initiative honors volunteers who have demonstrated outstanding performance in women’s affairs and community service. Award recipients will receive a certificate of appreciation and commemorative gifts, along with the opportunity to participate in international exchange activities to broaden their horizons. The program aims to enhance the social recognition of volunteers and inspire more individuals to engage in public service.

    Women's Hope International Federation protects applicants’ privacy in accordance with its Privacy Policy Statement and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). All personal data collected is strictly for internal use and will be kept confidential.
  1. Personal data is provided voluntarily by participants and will only be used for purposes related to event registration, membership application, and relevant administrative procedures within the Federation.
  2. Unless otherwise specified, the Association will retain participants’ names and records of their participation in activities for activity-related documentation.
