Organizational Structure
Women’s Hope International Federation (WHIF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting women’s rights and social inclusion globally. The Federation’s service network spans across the globe, with established chapters in the following regions: China, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States, France, Canada, India, Dubai, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore. Its organizational structure is designed to foster efficient collaboration and cross-regional development, comprising the following key divisions:
Board of Directors:
Responsible for setting the overall strategic direction and policies of the Federation. Members come from diverse regions and possess varied backgrounds and leadership experience.
Registered International ISO Auditors:
Responsible for overseeing and ensuring that the Federation’s management systems, finances, and operations comply with international ISO standards. They provide independent audits and compliance recommendations to enhance transparency and global credibility.
Executive Committee:
Composed of Chief Executive Officer and Finance Officer. This committee oversees daily operations, resource allocation, and interdepartmental coordination.
Finance Committee:
Oversees financial operations, budget planning, and fund utilization. It ensures transparency and compliance, supports the sustainable development of all programs, and regularly reports financial status and resource allocation recommendations to the Board.
Business Development Division:
Specializes in designing and implementing various women-focused support programs, including educational training, community services, health initiatives, and cultural exchange activities.
Volunteer Affairs Division:
Responsible for recruiting, training, and managing the volunteer team. It also runs the “Volunteer Recognition Program” to honor individuals who have made outstanding contributions to women’s affairs and community service.
International Relations Division:
Builds partnerships with women’s organizations around the world, promoting cross-cultural exchange and resource sharing.
Corporate Communications Division:
Promotes the Federation’s mission, disseminates news and updates, and maintains engagement with the public and media.
